Payments

Payments must be made by credit or check card at the time of registration to enhance the availability of domain names by preventing them from being tied up by persons not intending to pay for registration. We use the strongest form of SSL encryption (128-bit) for worry free, secure online payments. Our payment processor, Universal Registration Services (of Vancouver, WA), accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Carte Blanche, and JCB (Japan Credit Bureau). Successful registrations are implemented in real time and your credit card statement will show your registration as being charged as "DOMAIN REGISTRATION". We also just began accepting PayPal transactions for registrations. All transactions in the sum of $100 or more are subject to manual fraud screeening checks which may delay your order from being processed in real time. Most transactions that are subject to manua fraud screen process in 2-4 hours on normal business days (M-F).

Refunds

Unfortunately due to the immediate submission of your domain name order to the Registry, we are not able to offer refunds for domain registrations. Since you are purchasing a service, we are charged the registration fees by the Registry as soon as the order is submitted in real time. If you request a refund or issue a charge back through your bank, we may refund your money but you will forfeit all rights to your domain and we may use it as we deem fit including but not limited to selling it on the after market, deleting it from the registry, or keeping it for ourselves because we will have then paid for the registration term. However, depending upon the service provided we may be able to partially or fully refund an order. For example, we can issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of a quarterly or yearly web hosting plan or provide a full refund for an auto renewal of a domain. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions about any services or charges on your statement.
